For enrolment details please contact Zoe.

Classes are block booked and payable in advance. Each block consists of six classes. If you have not attended one of Zoe’s classes before then you may pay for a taster session before deciding whether to continue for that block. Please contact Zoe for details of which class is best for you to attend. Fees are non-refundable but classes can be made up by coming to another suitable level class in the same term if space is available.

Class Sizes

Classes are limited to 12 places and get booked up quickly on a first come, first served basis.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before joining a class it is advisable to have a private session to ensure that you are ready to join an existing class. During the session you will learn the Pilates fundamentals of aligning, breathing and centring, and Zoe will assess you to see what class would be best for you to join.

Yes, certainly. All classes are open to male clients, too. Pilates works to restore good postural alignment, correct muscle imbalances and find trigger points to relieve tension common to both genders. Men can experience the same benefits that women can by practicing Pilates regularly.
